Natural Tasting Pack

Natural Process Coffee Tasting Pack

Natural process coffees are bold, fruity, and unashamedly intense. Dried fruit, dark berries, a full body that washed coffees rarely match. If that's your kind of cup, you're in the right place.

The natural process – also known as the dry process – is one of the oldest ways of preparing coffee in the world. After harvesting, whole cherries are spread out to dry in the sun with the fruit still fully intact, usually on raised beds or patios. They're turned regularly throughout drying to keep things even and mould-free. Because the bean is drying inside the fruit rather than stripped of it, it absorbs more sugars and fruit compounds along the way. That's where the extra body comes from. That's why the flavours run so deep.

Once fully dried, the outer layers of skin, fruit, and parchment are mechanically removed, leaving clean green beans ready for roasting.

This pack contains three rotating natural processed single-origin coffees from around the world, freshly roasted to order at our Staffordshire roastery. You'll receive three separate 220g bags.

Free UK delivery included.

The coffees change with the seasons and availability, so every order reflects our current best selection of natural process lots.
